Security Supervisor Job

We Are is hiring an experienced Security Supervisor for a job opportunity in Mejia, Bankura, West Bengal. Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant security/supervisory experience and an H.S. qualification or above are encouraged to apply.

Salary:-16,878/- per month (PF & ESI)

Duty Hours:– 12 Hours ( 1 Day Holiday)

Job Location:– Mejia

Job Responsibilities:-

• Supervise and manage security guards and daily security operations.
• Maintain proper discipline and security procedures at the site.
• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors and vehicles.
• Conduct regular security rounds and inspections.
• Prepare and maintain daily security reports.
• Handle security-related incidents and immediately report them to management.
• Ensure proper deployment and attendance of security personnel.
• Coordinate with site management during emergencies.

Candidate Requirements:-

• H.S. qualification or above.
• 2–3 years of experience in security supervision or a similar role.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage security staff and work in shifts.
• Responsible and disciplined attitude.
