We are urgently hiring candidates for the position of Security Supervisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising security staff, maintaining discipline on-site, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and handling daily security operations efficiently. The candidate must have good leadership skills, basic reporting knowledge, and the ability to manage security teams during assigned shifts.

No. of Vacancies:- 15

Salary:- 22,000/- to 23,000/- per month with PF+ESI, Lodging Free.

The candidate’s home should be 100 km away from the factory.

Duty Hours:- 12 hours.

Job Locations:- Nigha, Asansol, West Bengal.

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Supervise and manage security guards on duty
2. Monitor entry and exit activities
3. Maintain daily security reports and records
4. Ensure safety and security guidelines are followed
5. Handle emergency situations responsibly

Qualifications & Requirement:-

Minimum qualification: 10 Pass, H.S pass and above.

Experience: Minimum 2 years.

Height requirement: 5’7″

physically fit and able to stand / patrol.

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to read, write, and maintain basic documentation.

Must be punctual, hardworking, and disciplined.
