Supervisor Jobs In Mining Company.

We are hiring candidate for supervisor jobs in mining company belt of the Chinakuei, Asansol. The mining supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily mining operation , ensuring safety, production efficiency and workforce management. The role involves coordinating teams, monitoring equipment, maintaining compliance with mining regulations and supporting smooth operations at the mining area.

Salary:- 17,000/- to 19,000/- Per Months. (Lodging & fooding free)

Duty Hours:- 8 Hours.

Job Locations:- Chinakuri, Asansol, (West Bengal).

Job responsibilities:-

1. Supervise daily mining operations like drilling, loading, hauling, crushing.
2. Ensuring production targets are achieved for the shift.
3. Identify hazards and ensure safe working practices
4. Report any accidents, near-misses or unsafe acts.
5. Provide training and guidance for new workers.
6. Maintain discipline on mining area.

Qualifications Required:-

Minimum H.S Pass, Graduations and above.

Complete any mining related diploma course

Knowledge of mining operations and equipment.

Basic computer/reporting skills.
