We are looking for experienced and dedicated candidates for the position of Senior Supervisor Cum Shift In-charge at our transportation and logistics operations in Hura C, Jharkhand. Candidates with experience in coal or ash transportation, logistics management, and manpower supervision are encouraged to apply.

Job Details

Position: Senior Supervisor / Shift Incharge
Number of Vacancies: 6
Job Location: Hura C, Jharkhand
Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month + Incentives. Duty Hours:-10 to 12 Hours ( One Day Holiday) ( Free Loadgind and canteen facility available).
Experience Required: Minimum 1 – 2 years in Coal Transportation, Ash Transportation, Logistics, or Related Operations
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :-
Supervise and manage labour teams involved in loading and unloading activities.
Ensure smooth execution of shift operations and workforce deployment.
Monitor and oversee transportation activities across the site.
Maintain transportation records, vehicle movement details, and operational data in computer systems.
Coordinate with drivers, contractors, and site management to ensure timely transportation operations.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transportation reports.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Minimum Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
At least 1–2 years of experience in coal transportation, ash transportation, logistics, mining operations, or industrial transportation.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle site operations independently.
