Security Guard Job

Salary:- 13,300/- to 15,300/- Per Month with E.S.I and P.F facility and lodging free and canteen facility +O.T Available.

Duty Time :- 12 hours

Job Location:- Kharagpur, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal.

Height:- 5’6″ Feet.

Weight:-60kg.

Job Responsibilities

1. Check and verify entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

2. Ensure fire safety, follow emergency procedures, and check safety equipment.

3. Record and report any suspicious activities, thefts, or accidents immediately.

4. cooperate with factory management, law enforcement, and fire services when required.

Qualification:- Minimum Madhyamik pass, H.S pass and above.

Security Supervisor Job

Salary:- 15,000/- to 17,500/- Per Month with E.S.I and P.F facility available+ lodging free and canteen facility available.

Duty Time :- 12 hours

Job Location:- Kharagpur, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal.

Job Responsibilities:-

1. manage, guide, and monitor security guards during their shifts.
2. Organize and supervise regular patrols inside and outside the factory premises.
3. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, accidents, or suspicious activities.
4. train security staff, emergency response, fire drills, and handling security equipment.

Qualification:- H.S. pass and above.
