Urgent recruitment of candidates for a Security Guard in a factory.

We are urgently hiring Security Guards for immediate placement in a factory. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

No. of Vacancies:- 85, including 15 girls.

Salary:- 17,000/- to 18,000/- per month with PF+ESI, Lodging Free.

The candidate’s home should be 100 km away from the factory.

Duty Hours:- 12 hours.

Job Locations:- Nigha, Asansol, West Bengal.

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Monitor and guard the plant premises to prevent theft, unauthorized entry, and security breaches.
2. Check and verify the entry / exit of the employees, visitors and vehicle.
3. Maintain entry registers and daily activity reports.
4. Respond immediately to suspicious activities, alarms, or emergencies.
5. Follow company security rules and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirement:-

Minimum qualification: 10 Pass, H.S pass and above.

Height requirement: Man – 5’7″ and Woman – 5’2″

physically fit and able to stand / patrol.

Ability to read, write, and maintain basic documentation.

Must be punctual, hardworking, and disciplined.
