Mining Supervisor For Coal Mining

We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Mining Supervisor to join our team in the coal mining belt of the Asansol- Raniganj- Churulia. The ideal candidate should be motivated, disciplined, and ready to take on field responsibilities.

Salary:– 13,000/- to 16,000/- monthly+ ESI+ Free lodging

(Affordable canteen facilities available)

Duty Hours:– 9-10 hour. (1 week off)

Job Responsibilities:-

• Checking production output according to specification.
• Monitoring number of trucks loading, unloading and generate report.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Create and maintain proper documentation of production performance & progress.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required Qualifications:-

• Minimum HS pass, Diploma in any specialization, Any Graduate, B.Tech/ B.E. in any specialization.

• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Ms Excel and Ms Word.

• Good communication skills on Bengali, Hindi.

Experience:- Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience.
