Banking Debt Collection Job
Salary :- 15,000/- to 18,000/- + with PF & ESI Facilities
Duty Time:- Normal Banking Hours (Sunday Holiday)
Qualification Required:- HS Pass, Graduation or higher qualification
Job Role:- Loan Recovery Agent
Job Responsibilities:-
- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments.
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity.
- Work with borrowers to negotiate and restructure payment plans, considering their financial situation.
Recovery of the customers outstanding debit amount. - Offer extended deadlines or smaller installment amounts to help borrowers repay loans.
- Ensure all recovery actions comply with local laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
Job Location:- Purba Medinipur, Paschim Medinipur, Bankura, Purulia, Asansol, Durgapur, Birbhum, Malda .etc.
Permanent job, candidates can work up to 58 years.
