DISTRICT COORDINATOR JOB.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable candidate for the district coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and program implementation within an assigned district. The district coordinator acts as a liaison between the central office and site-level staff, supporting performance improvement, training, and strategic initiatives.

Salary for this job:- 20,000/- to 22,000/- per month. with E.S.I. and P.f facility available.+ canteen facility available.

Duty Hours:- 8 Hours.

Job Locations: – Bankura, Birbhum, Purulia, Malda, Durgapur, Asansol, Bardhaman, Purba Medinipur, Naihati, Paschim Medinipur, Uttar 24 Parganas, Bihar, Dhanbad, Dakshin 24 Parganas. (All over West -Bengal)

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Coordinate and supervise operations within the district.
2. Implement and monitor organizational programs, projects, or services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Train and support local staff or volunteers as required.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for district-level concerns and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance with organizational standards.

Training will be provided by the company for Suitable perform this job.
