The tele calling position at our educational Institute plays a crucial role in engaging with prospective students, providing them with information about our programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role is essential in ensuring a positive and informative experience for potential students and contributing to the growth and success of the institute.

Salary :- 10,000/- to 12,000/- with Incentives.

Duty Hours :- 8 Hours (Sunday Holiday).

Job Responsibilities :-

• Initiate outgoing calls to prospective students to provide information about educational programs.
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from potential students regarding course offerings and admissions process.
• Explain the benefits of our educational programs and guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process.
• Build rapport with potential students and address any concerns or queries they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with potential students.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to schedule campus tours and follow-up activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for potential students.
• Meet or exceed targets for outreach calls, lead conversions, and enrollment goals.
• Adhere to scripting and process guidelines while personalizing interactions with potential students.
• Stay updated on educational programs, admission requirements, and industry trends.
  
  Qualifications required :- Minimum of H.S Pass, Graduation or higher qualification .
